Ayurveda in central Zurich
Since 2009, I have been offering Ayurvedic treatments in the heart of Zurich as an EMR-certified therapist. My practice is near Hegibachplatz – easy to reach for anyone wishing to visit after work or during their lunch break.
For people with limited time or reduced mobility, I also offer home visits throughout Zurich and the surrounding area. I bring everything: a massage table, high-quality oils from Kerala and all the necessary materials.
What sets me apart: I grew up in Sri Lanka, where Ayurveda is part of everyday life. I combine this authentic connection with Swiss quality standards and full recognition by health insurers.

Abhyanga Massage
Traditional full-body oil massage with warm herbal oils. Relieves tension, reduces stress and strengthens the immune system.
Back Massage (Pristha Abhyanga)
Targeted treatment for back pain, neck tension and discomfort caused by office work.
Shirodhara (Forehead Oil Flow)
Warm oil poured over the forehead – particularly effective for headaches, sleep problems and mental stress.
Home Visit (+CHF 20)
All treatments are also available in your own home. Ideal after a long working day or if you have reduced mobility.

About me
I grew up in Sri Lanka, where Ayurveda is part of everyday life. After training at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, I moved to Switzerland in 2005. I have been running my own practice in Zurich since 2009.
What drives me: helping people who – like many of my patients – have lived with pain for years and think it is normal. It is not normal. And there are natural ways to do something about it.
